You are responsible for applying practical skills to create hybrid machine learning and rule-based Power Platform applications, automations, and data visualizations. You will help transform how people, processes and systems co-exist from project discovery through solution implementations.

Our goal is to simplify the way in which we do business by building applications that guide workflow, digitize information and automate manual tasks that ultimately improve processing accuracy, speed, consistency and reliability. Help develop standards and best practices for solutions built within the power platform including governance, operating model and solutions.

Collect and interpret data, analyze results and report findings to internal or external stakeholders. Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends and best practices: experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in community of practice groups, and mentor other members of the community. Estimate projects based on scope and level of effort, provide timely communication of progress and completion.

Create Virtual Agents to assist users with smaller tasks or scale for repeated tasks for the broader department. Perform other work as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields or relevant equivalent experience and certifications.

Experienced software engineer or developer candidates will be considered for this role, with the ideal candidate having at least four years of related experience. Programming or development experience (R, Python, Java, .Net, C#, Visual Basic, etc.) preferably on automation and/or integration projects is preferred

Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar applications a plus. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required: Inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and self-motivated to identify improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic plans. Cares about the details and demonstrates strong debugging, problem solving and analytical skills with ability to extract key themes and determine root causes.

Ability to assimilate disparate information (structured data, unstructured data, log files, error messages etc.). Ability to work on basic-to-moderately complex programming assignments. General understanding of APIs, command line, client server architecture, networks, and (S)FTP

Background in machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts is a plus. Ability to participate constructively in work teams to facilitate and implement improvements to operations, maintenance and business practices.
