TITLE: Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Sr AnalystLOCATION: Alsip, ILhybrid: on average 1-2days per weekCOMP RANGE: $120,000 to $150,000 per yearGriffith Foods, is hiring a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Sr Analyst. In this role will enable the company's business teams to extract real value from Microsoft 365 and Power Platform while maintaining technology leadership across these platforms. As adoption of SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot accelerates, the organization needs a dedicated owner who removes friction for citizen developers and business units while keeping risk, cost, and compliance in check. The role bridges governance and enablement by defining guardrails, environment strategy, and security controls that let teams move fast within safe boundaries. It drives value creation through adoption, automation, and platform optimization, and advances technology leadership by setting enterprise standards and shaping the roadmap for emerging capabilities.As a Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Sr Analyst your responsibilities will include:Platform Governance, Reliability & Security: Develop and maintain platform health, lifecycle practices, governance frameworks, security controls, DLP policies, retention standards, access reviews, and compliance posture across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Partner with Information Security to implement and tune M365 and Dataverse security controls.Power Platform Enablement & CoE: Operate as the technical lead for the Power Platform Center of Excellence. Define environment strategy, connector governance, application lifecycle management, intake and certification processes, and cost/licensing governance. Enable citizen development within safe, governed boundaries.Migration, Solution Delivery & Automation: Lead SharePoint Online migrations, remediate legacy workflows, design collaboration solutions, and establish ALM standards for Power Platform. Leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API to automate processes and integrate with enterprise systems including D365, and support safe decommissioning of legacy components.Adoption, Strategy & Change: Champion end-user adoption through training, templates, and self-service resources. Evaluate the M365 roadmap and emerging capabilities such as Copilot and Viva. Partner with the Technology Adoption Program Manager to align technical releases with change programs.The Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Sr Analyst position may be right for you if you:Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Information Security, Compliance, Finance, and business stakeholders to coordinate governance, adoption, and platform decisions.Ability to influence without direct authority, gaining buy-in from senior leaders on standards, risk boundaries, and investment priorities.Champions end-user adoption through training sessions, self-service templates, and hands-on engagement with departmental champions and power users.Partners with the Technology Adoption Program Manager to align technical releases with communications, learning paths, and organizational change programs.Qualified candidates will have:Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.Seven (7) or more years demonstrated experience designing or operating Power Platform governance at enterprise scale.Demonstrated use of Power Automate and familiarity with Power Apps or scripting for workflow automation.Experience managing platform cost, licensing, and capacity tradeoffs.Understanding of enterprise collaboration and productivity requirements across a global, multi-region organization with diverse business functions.Ability to align Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities with business processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations including data classification, retention, and external sharing.Experience working across IT, Information Security, Compliance, Finance, and business units to coordinate governance, capacity forecasting, and cost management for shared platforms.Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.What will set you apart:Master's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Familiarity with D365 or other enterprise platforms where SharePoint and Teams serve as collaboration layers.
