Job description

Job Description
Responsible as a liaison between contract pullet/breeder producers and Company. Insure that birds placed on contract grower farms are provided proper care that is consistent with current animal welfare and industry accepted poultry husbandry guidelines. Manage established Company programs on contract grower farms in an effort to attain top performance in relation to industry comparative standards.
Duties/Activities Required by Job
  • Communication with growers/supervisors (Written & Verbal)
  • Monitoring husbandry program compliance
  • Monitoring flock health
  • Completing farm and flock status reports
  • Attending meetings (safety/departmental/etc.).

Educations/Experience Requirements
  • Minimum Associates degree, Bachelor's preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 Years in poultry production desired
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to learn new skills, adapt to new policies & procedures quickly.
