Led by technology we also build, deploy, and manage sophisticated eCommerce solutions, branded for our clients on the front end followed with professional fulfillment operations to support clients in various ways.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Polar Cutter Operator to set up and operate Polar cutting equipment in a fast-paced print and direct mail production environment. The operator will be responsible for accurately cutting printed materials to job specifications while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and safety.
Schedule:
  • 1st shift: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • 2nd shift: Monday to Friday: 3:30pm - 11:00 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate Polar cutting equipment according to job specifications.
  • Review job tickets, cutting instructions, and production requirements.
  • Program cutting sequences and make necessary machine adjustments.
  • Accurately measure and cut paper and printed materials to specified sizes.
  • Perform make-readies and changeovers efficiently.
  • Inspect cuts for accuracy, alignment, and overall quality.
  • Monitor production and make adjustments to maintain consistent quality.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment and cutting issues.
  • Minimize paper waste while maintaining production standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.

Qualifications:
