Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology company and make a meaningful impact on our business.

We offer a competitive salary with sales-based commissions. Work hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. As well as some Saturdayโ€™s from 10am to 2pm.

Job Duties Included but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize technical sales skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on product developments and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices in both B2B and retail environments.
  • Proficiency in Odoo, Quickbooks, Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent lead generation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively highlight product features and benefits.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of territory sales strategies and account management best practices is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results.
