Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy a PowerApps (or similar low-code) solution to manage:
* Coupon planning and setup
* Coupon master data management
* Approval workflows (Finance, Sales, Marketing)
* Tracking of coupon redemption and actual spend from clearinghouse vendors
* Partner with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to re-engineer gross-to-net processes tied to trade promotions and couponing
* Build integrations with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, trade systems, clearinghouse data feeds) to ensure data consistency and completeness
* Develop centralized data models enabling a single source of truth for coupon-related financial data
Create dashboards and reporting capabilities (Power BI or embedded) for:
* Coupon performance
* Actual vs. planned spend
* Margin impact and accrual tracking
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical application architecture and workflows
* Implement data validation, controls, and auditability to support financial reporting accuracy
* Optimize application performance, usability, and scalability across user groups
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize definitions (e.g., trade spend, deductions, gross-to-net components)
* Document application design, business rules, and data flows for governance and support
* Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process efficiency improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of experience in:
* PowerApps/Power Platform (or similar low-code tools such as OutSystems, Appian, Mendix)
* Application development within enterprise environments
Strong experience with:
* Power Automate/workflow automation
* Dataverse, SQL, or other backend data stores
* API integrations and data ingestion
* Experience working with financial or commercial data, including trade spend, pricing, or margin-related processes
* Ability to translate complex business processes into application workflows and logic
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with:
* SAP or ERP systems supporting financials or trade promotions
* Trade promotion management (TPM), deductions, or coupon clearinghouse processes
* Power BI for embedded or external reporting
Familiarity with:
* Gross-to-net calculations and revenue recognition concepts
* Data governance, audit controls, and financial compliance requirements
* Experience supporting process transformation or system modernization initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
