TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE | TEXAS

THE OPPORTUNITY

Lakeshirts launched in 1984 serving resort retailers around Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Today, our products are sold in destination retail stores across the country. Through incredible artwork, quality products, and our commitment to WOW Our Customers, we've become a leader in the resort apparel market.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll partner with our National Sales Manager to grow sales, build customer relationships, and expand our retail footprint throughout Texas. You'll represent a fun and proven collection of resort apparel, headwear, stickers, socks, and lifestyle accessories while helping retailers create memorable customer experiences.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, account management, territory growth, and relationship-based selling.

Territory: Texas (candidates may live anywhere in Texas)

PAY + SCHEDULE

This is a 1099 Independent Sales Representative opportunity with commission-based earnings.

Your schedule is flexible. Travel to accounts, grow your territory, and manage your business in a way that works for you. Sell more, earn more.

A TYPICAL DAY

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Grow your territory through consistent outreach, follow-up, and service
  • Present products thatshowcaseour artwork, quality, and brand story
  • Prospect new business and expand your account base
  • Stay current on product launches, styles, and industry trends
  • Partner with internal teams to keep orders moving smoothly
  • Deliver WOW-level customer service that drives repeat business
  • Travel throughout your territory and pursue growth opportunities

SKILLS

  • Sales experience in apparel, outdoor, leisure, resort, or custom products preferred
  • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
  • CRM experience, including Salesforce, is a plus
  • Comfortable with regular territory travel
