Registered Nurse Position

Location: Rochester, MN

Specialty: NICU

Position Type: Travel Contract

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $2163 - $2606

Shift: 3x12 Days

Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide high-quality nursing care for neonates in the NICU.
  • Educate and support families throughout their NICU experience.
  • Plan, implement, assess, and communicate all aspects of nursing care.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced staff.
  • Delegate patient care tasks based on skill levels and patient requirements.
  • Maintain current BLS and BCLS certifications.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
  • At least 1 year of recent travel RN experience.
  • Experience as a NICU RN is mandatory.
