GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

As the LNG Sales Team Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and execution of our LNG virtual pipeline projects. Key components of this role include customer pricing, commercial analysis, proposal development, and administrative oversite for Stabilis Solutions' growing small-scale LNG market segments. You will be a key player in promoting the benefits and capabilities of our LNG solutions, helping customers meet their energy needs efficiently and sustainably. 


SUPERVISOR: VP, C&I - Commercial

DEPARTMENT: Commercial & Industrial Business Unit - Commercial

LOCATION: Corporate Office in Houston, TX


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stabilis Solutions retains the right to modify or change the duties or essential functions of the job at any time.

  • Develop customer pricing models for LNG virtual pipeline projects.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and quotations. 
  • Draft and maintain customer contracts, supply agreements, and commercial documents. 
  • Coordinate contract negotiations with customers and internal staff.
  • Support the sales team with pricing and commercial strategy. 
  • Maintain pricing databases and financial models. 
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. 
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the LNG sector. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our LNG products and services, including their technical specifications, advantages, and applications. 
  • Utilize CRM platform to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including commercial, sales, technical support, and operations, to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales, contract, and/or analytical experience in liquid natural gas or energy sector.
  • Higher education not required, but Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field a plus.
  • Strong understanding of LNG supply chains and virtual pipeline operations. 
  • Experience developing pricing models and commercial proposals. 
  • Advanced Excel skills. 
  • Excellent communication. 
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organization.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite specifically Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with SalesForce CRM platform.
  • Demonstrated ability able to work cooperatively and positively on cross-functional teams, supporting team and company goals.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and effectively use time management skills.
  • Must have a valid driving license and clear driving record.
