Main Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 40 across pricing, contract development, analytics and operations.

Partner with Value and Access and brand in the development, recommendation and implementation of US launch and in-line, list and net pricing strategies.

Champion innovative pricing and contracting approaches aligned to health economic models to favorably position Sanofi assets.

Developing the long-term strategy for pricing and contracting of the US vaccines portfolio.

Future focus on creating competitive economic differentiation with current assets and future pipeline.

Leading the pricing team in the development of pricing and contracting offers, evaluating competitive landscape, compliant government pricing processes and clear business trade-offs.

Leading the contract development team in the end-to-end execution of agreements, performance measurement and pricing systems.
About you
Education / Experience / Skills:
-
Your work experience includes 3-5 years of US market access experience and at least 15 years of relevant experience.

You have a minimum of a bachelors degree and a demonstrated interest in continuous learning
-

Government pricing: AMP, BP, AWP and ASP and associated market dynamics

Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements of market access

Experience in high stakes negotiation / pricing decisions

Buy and bill experience including drivers and trade-offs across segments.
