We are looking to add a Key Member to our Sales Team!
Position is responsible for executing on a marketing plan to our existing and inactive vendors whose volume totals are in the bottom 20% of existing vendors. In most cases, the position will be targeting vendors who have booked less than 3 contracts in the previous 12 rolling months. This requires detailed execution of the targeted Sales Development Representative (SDR) sales and marketing plan specifically focused for this position. The primary function is to be able to cultivate and maintain favorable contacts with customers to sell more leasing services.
As a Sales Development Rep, you will:
  • Success will be measured by volume achievement and customer contact rate.
  • Responsible for executing on the weekly SDR marketing plan to generate leasing volume growth with existing vendors.
  • Contributes to the overall design and messaging of the SDR marketing plan.
  • Delivers sales message consistent with the marketing script and evaluates the overall quality and volume opportunity with accounts and is able to schedule appointments with those vendors and the corresponding Account Manager.
  • Coordinates weekly with the VP of Sales and Director of Marketing to establish content that will be delivered to customers for the following week.
  • Consistently makes ~40 outbound marketing calls per day and notes relevant information in Salesforce.
  • Develops a social media presence and strategy to build professional network and deliver marketing messages to customers.
  • Ensures delivery of a quality portfolio as measured by volume, delinquency, yield, etc.
  • Is in attendance during business hours with minimal absences per GreatAmerica's attendance policy. Attendance includes participation in some out of town work that requires nights and weekends.
  • Lives the GreatAmerica principles; involved in cross functional team efforts as required and assigned.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
Skills and Abilities
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
Other Requirements: Must possess strong business acumen and judgment to make appropriate decisions as well as strong negotiation and follow through skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are required.
