Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at CHE Behavioral in Deptford, New Jersey. As a leading multispecialty group of licensed professionals, we are dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. Our LCSW will play a crucial role in providing quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers

  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor patient progress
