Job Description:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and futurestate processes
  • Ability to partner with internal dev groups to make complex integrations become reality
  • Ability to test scope integration frameworks for viability production golive effectiveness
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate needs into clear actionable stories and acceptance criteria
  • Convert complex integration needs into well defined functional and technical requirements
  • Support integration analysis across ERP CRM manufacturing e commerce logistics and other enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with integration developers and architects to validate solution design data flows and mapping
  • Understand and troubleshoot data challenges across APIs middleware and downstream systems
  • Work within Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms to support testing validation and refinement
  • Create high quality process maps data flow diagrams and integration documentation
  • Maintain a living knowledge base of system touchpoints dependencies and integration patterns
  • Track work in Azure DevOps ensuring stories tasks and bugs are updated and clearly documented
  • Help define scope and maintain alignment between business partners and technical teams
  • Support sprint planning backlog refinement and testing coordination
  • Develop test plans and scripts for integrations and process changes
  • Coordinate UAT troubleshoot issues and ensure solutions meet business expectations
