Are you ready to pioneer new partner GTM motions to unlock the next wave of cloud computing and AI? Are you a bridge-builder who deploys innovative solutions with partners? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Worldwide Partner GTM Specialist to lead GTM engagement with our most strategic HPC partners.
You'll work with the world's most innovative companies across domains including physics augmented CAE, financial modeling, and semiconductor EDA - helping them envision and build the future of high-performance computing. Your GTM insights will shape how partners transform their businesses for the AI era.
AWS GTM Specialists are business problem solvers with deep domain-specific expertise, able to execute advanced campaigns. As part of the AWS Worldwide Specialist Organization, GTM specialists with partners who have strategic potential that require expert-level knowledge to unlock. GTM Specialists craft scalable GTM motions that address the most strategic growth opportunities across industries and workloads.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will own GTM strategy for AWS's HPC partners, working at the intersection of technology and business acceleration. You'll collaborate with partners ranging from global system integrators to innovative startups, helping them envision and implement HPC solutions that deliver exceptional customer value. Your insights will shape both partner strategies and AWS's approach to this transformative technology.
• Define the HPC partner strategy for AWS. Working with HPC domain and industry specialists, identify the critical partnerships and solutions that will drive the next wave of cloud HPC adoption for customers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans to accelerate adoption of AWS HPC partner solutions. Build comprehensive partner messaging, enablement programs, campaign motions and co-sell playbooks to drive scale.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by representing partner solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer roadshows.
• Work across AWS field teams to drive enablement on partner solutions, competitive positioning, and unique value propositions. Lead the development of technical partner-ready content, training materials, and go-to-market resources.
• Communicate and synthesize market signals back to AWS service teams and specialist teams.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of working with Advanced Compute technologies including, but not limited to: Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, and/or IoT. experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- MBA
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
- Deep understanding of HPC industry landscape, including major vendors of simulation and EDA technology, HPC platforms, and system integrators

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
