LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization to identify an Inventory and Order Management Analyst to support end-to-end order fulfillment and logistics operations. This role acts as a key liaison between clients, warehouse partners, and retail customers, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory allocation, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full order fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of purchase orders, EDI data, shipments, and invoicing through final delivery and payment
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to purchase orders, inventory levels, shipment status, and invoicing
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while resolving order or shipment discrepancies
  • Allocate inventory as needed to support customer demand and prevent stock issues
  • Assist clients with warehouse-related requests and support navigation of warehouse and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to address retailer-specific requests, order flow, and lead time adjustments
  • Monitor and manage key orders including new item launches, display orders, and seasonal shipments to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
  • Track and manage operational reports including non-invoiced orders, shortages, inventory holds, and purchase order extensions
  • Analyze system and portal data to generate client, customer, and operational reports to support decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce freight costs, and streamline logistics processes
Additional Responsibilities
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support broader operational initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support to improve order-to-cash processes and overall supply chain performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, or related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems, EDI, or inventory/order management platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Supply chain or consumer products experience is a plus
