Job description

Our client, a luxury retail company, is looking for a Billing & Inventory Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Lower Manhattan. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, possess strong problem solving skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.
Role Overview:
  • Contract Role: 4-6 months
  • Pay: $32-36/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
  • Schedule: Hybrid standard 40-hour work week, Tuesday through Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote
Responsibilities:
  • Handle all billing and inventory reconciliations while partnering with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues
  • Review product transactions, coding, and pricing for accuracy to prevent billing issues
  • Prepare and analyze monthly closing and audit schedules
  • Propose adjustments and corrections to inventory entries
  • Participate in inventory counts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related business concentration
  • 2-3 years of related professional experience
  • Prior experience working in the retail, fashion, or spirit industry is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • ERP system experience required, SAP preferred
