We are looking for an experienced ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant to support a Long-term Contract opportunity within a plastics manufacturing environment in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This role focuses on preparing, converting, and validating legacy business data for successful use in Infor SyteLine, while partnering with project teams to maintain data quality and accuracy throughout the engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in data migration, works effectively in fast-paced settings, and can independently drive progress while collaborating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the collection of data from a heavily customized legacy system and prepare it for migration into Infor SyteLine.
• Examine source records, data relationships, and field requirements to build accurate migration and transformation approaches.
• Execute end-to-end ETL activities, including extracting, cleansing, mapping, converting, and loading data sets.
• Update and improve migration templates, crosswalks, and supporting documentation to align with project needs.
• Partner with internal teams and external implementation resources to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
• Perform reconciliation and post-load reviews to confirm completeness, consistency, and accuracy of migrated information.
• Troubleshoot conversion problems, identify root causes, and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Contribute to testing cycles, cutover readiness, and post-deployment validation efforts to support a smooth transition.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP data migration, data conversion, or related consulting work.
• Advanced knowledge of Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial in a hands-on project environment.
• Strong practical experience with MySQL and working with legacy data sources.
• Demonstrated success performing ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Ability to assess complex, customized system environments and translate findings into migration solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under tight timelines.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within plastics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with data governance practices and collaboration with third-party implementation partners is preferred.
