Sophia Fischer – District Director and Chief Development Officer:

  • Prior Experience: Began her career with Northwestern Mutual as an AFR supporting a successful female advisor. She has also held a role on the Network Office team and now operates with both an advisor and leadership contract. Prior to NM, Sophia worked for three years at the University of Louisville College of Business after completing her MBA, and before that served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy.
  • Passionate About: Sophia enjoys spending time with her close family and being outdoors. A farm girl at heart, she has a deep love for animals, especially dogs, cats, and horses, and enjoys working outside, hiking, and spending time on the farm. She also has an adventurous side and loves traveling and trying new experiences, including skydiving, scuba diving, hang gliding, parasailing, snowmobiling, and skiing.
Cory Thorne – Financial Advisor and District Director (DTO):

  • Prior Experience: Began his professional career with Northwestern Mutual as an intern during his junior year of college and has built his entire career within the organization.

Anthony Mosley – Chief Recruiting Officer:
