German Customer Support Agent - Full Remote - Permanent Contract

We are hiring German and English-speaking customer support agents to work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria for an international company.

Position Details:

  • Languages: German (B2+) and English (B2+)
  • Location: Fully remote, anywhere in Bulgaria
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 21:00 (8-hour shifts)
  • Contract: Permanent with full benefits (including paid leave, social security, and medical insurance)
  • Start Date: March 28, or April or May 2025
  • Communication Channels: Phone and Email
  • Salary: 3,000bgn per month + bonus
