Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support an in-store vaccination initiative. The RN will administer a variety of vaccines, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other routine immunizations, while delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a retail healthcare environment.

This is an in-person, patient-facing role requiring strong clinical skills, immunization experience, excellent communication, and flexibility with scheduling.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments and ensure safe medication and vaccine administration.
  • Educate patients regarding vaccines, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care.

  • Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection prevention practices.
  • Professionally interact with patients, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and team members.
  • Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active, full, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or territory where the assignment is located.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related nursing experience, including immunization experience and direct patient care.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and vaccination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to administer all required vaccines.
  • Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
