Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Tampa, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

Client Offer
Must have home health experience; OASIS training preferred
Certs required: BLS
Scrubs: Any solid color scrub

Patients: med/surg, cardiac, ortho, hips/knees/shoulders, post-surgical, copd, chf, pneumonia, CVA, Falls, weakness, parkinson's, failure to thrive, resp patients, neuro, trachs, trauma, AKA, BKA, ADL'S
Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.)
Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day (MINIMUM of 6 points per day at managers discretion may increase by 1 point)
1-2 Weekends per contract

Other requirements:
1 year experience required
Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits.
Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file.
Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.
Based on the needs of the HomeCare office, the visits and hours will be self-scheduled
