Job description

  • Manages daily functions and processes related to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with regards to the capabilities of the system, its functionality and utility, data stewardship, documentation of processes, and training the business team. 
  • Lead CRM process governance, stage management, and standardization of data entry practices. 
  • Maintains data integrity within CRM systems, ensuring customer records, opportunities, contracts, and activities are up to date. Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports related to opportunities, engagement, and growth activities. 
  • Lead collaborations for improving CRM governance, processes, reporting and operational efficiency. Is a liaison and subject matter expert who can recognize problems, formulate solutions and implement change in coordination with the Administrative Operations Team and Leadership goals.  
  • Builds credibility and rapport with internal Mayo business teams to make improvements and resolve issues. 
  • Will lead collaborations to improve and test functionality of the CRM System. The CRM Coordinator initiates proper action and communication. 
  • Must be comfortable with data repository systems and understand the complexities of documentation of client relations management. 
  • Demonstrates a high level of competence and confidence and has the ability to work under pressure. 
  • Able to navigate sensitive and/or contentious projects while maintaining good working relationships. 
  • Will provide leadership in a team environment while supporting complex activities and projects related to managing and maintaining the client data of Mayo Clinic Platform.

  • Master's in business, healthcare, analytics, data science or finance and three years of related experience; or Bachelor's in above field and five years of experience.

  • Advanced data management skills in creating, modifying, testing and analysis of the CRM functionality is helpful. 
  • The position of CRM Coordinator requires excellent human relation skills with developed written and verbal communication, the ability to manage several projects or tasks simultaneously, and the ability to exercise appropriate judgment when prioritizing projects.
