Summary of the Job:

FNBO is seeking a qualified individual to join the IT Business Management team. The IT Contract Management Analyst II is responsible for the administration, management, and oversight of IT-related contracts within the organization. This role involves ensuring that all contracts lifecycle events comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and business objectives. The Analyst will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including IT, procurement, legal, and finance teams, to manage the full contract lifecycle. This role is critical to ensuring that IT contracts support the organization's technological and business objectives while mitigating risks and maximizing value.

About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management
    • Manage Contract Lifecycle Management and supporting documentation of vendor agreements including the initiation, negotiation, approval, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination of contracts in ServiceNow.
    • Track contract milestones, expiration dates, and renewal options, and notify relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Contract Administration, Reporting, and Documentation
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of all IT contract records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reporting and dashboarding.
    • Provide contract reporting to Management and Procurement in support of downstream processes.
    • Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and opportunities for management.
    • Document contract management processes and maintain records in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Contract Compliance & Risk Management
    • Identify potential risks associated with IT contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and strategic goals.
    • Provide contract-related guidance and support to internal teams to facilitate information decision-making to ensure contract optimization and savings for IT contract renewals.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Education

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law/Legal studies, or a related field.

Experience

o 1-3+ year(s) of experience in contract management, preferably within IT.

o Familiarity with IT contracts, including software licensing, cloud services, and hardware procurement.

o Experience working in an Agile environment.

o Proficient with ServiceNow and contract management platforms a plus.

Skills

o Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and time management skills.

o Knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements related to IT contracts.

o Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

o Capability to analyze contracts and structures to provide guidance while balancing contractual concerns with business risk.

o Adept entering, coordinating, validating, and reporting data within multiple systems.

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $63,288.00-$104,425.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
