Stone Warehouse of Michigan is a leading distributor of natural stone and quartz products. We are currently seeking a reliable, professional CDL Driver to join our team for a dedicated local route in Sterling Heights, MI and surrounding areas.

This is a 4-week contract position with the possibility of extension, based on business needs and performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a company vehicle on local and dedicated routes.
  • Deliver products to customers and job sites throughout the surrounding area.
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.
  • Complete required delivery and vehicle documentation.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.
  • Follow all DOT, company, and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
  • Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must provide 10 years of employment/driving history as required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Minimum of 2 professional references required.
