FRIENDS & FAMILY DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

    • Certification is valid to train a single friend or family member
    • Trainees are required to run 60 days of OTR 7/2 or 12/3 according to the experienced OTR driver hiring map prior to moving to another fleet
  • Qualification Standards:
    • Requires 6 months of OTR experience
    • Safe driving record
  • Friends & Family Mentor Class:
    • Classes can be coordinated with partners' orientation
    • Wednesday

  • Pay:
    • Same pay and bonuses for the duration of training
    • $75 for mentor class
    • $100 referral bonus
    • Solo CPM for all truck miles
    • Additional .10cpm for all miles with a student on the truck
