Position: Desktop Support

Location:  Lima, OH

Job type: Contract

Requirements


Must possess a professional demeanor with strong customer service, consulting, and training skills.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware in the field or a related environment.
Basic understanding of networks, Intel servers, and telecom systems.
Strong break/fix skills for desktops, workstations, notebooks, and Dell tablets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong Microsoft Windows operating system troubleshooting skills.
Strong macOS troubleshooting skills (Big Sur and above).
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills.
Detail- and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to walk long distances across large facilities.
Must be able to pass a background security check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
