Essential Job Functions

• Triage user issues and requests.

• Respond to help desk tickets, telephone calls, email, and walk-up requests for support

• Manage the tickets in the Help Desk ticketing system

• Identify, research, and resolve IT problems

• Troubleshot and maintain computer systems connected to production equipment

• Configure and deploy user hardware

• Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work

• Participate in required company meetings

• Maintain an organized work area (5S)

• Participate in the Operational Excellence Program

• Complete all other work duties as assigned

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
