A core part of our offering is our scalable Revenue Generation (Rev Gen) execution model, which supports universities and athletes from partnership development through contract execution and payments. Our operations team plays a critical role in ensuring every agreement moves seamlessly from signature to activation.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Contract Administrator to manage the execution and lifecycle of partnership agreements across our university and partnership portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring contract data flows accurately through internal systems, verifying compensation structures and revenue share terms, maintaining documentation standards, and supporting clean handoffs between operations, finance, partnership department, and client success teams.
You will work daily with partnership agreements that include compensation structures, deliverables, and revenue share terms. This is an execution-focused position where you will track contracts from operational launch, verify pricing and payment terms, flag discrepancies before they become problems, and ensure systems reflect approved deal structures. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy and understands that consistency in contract administration drives success at scale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter finalized contract data into internal systems with precision and consistency
  • Review contract terms for accuracy including pricing, deliverables, and timelines
  • Cross-check contract details between processes and internal dashboards
  • Verify compensation structures and flag calculation errors before activation
  • Upload and organize executed agreements within designated systems
  • Manage contract lifecycle
  • Confirm all required documentation is complete before activation
  • Assist operations with clean system handoffs to finance, marketing, and client success
  • Maintain structured digital filing standards across all contract documentation

What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
  • 2-3 years of Full Time (non-Internship) experience in contract administration, procurement
  • Familiarity with standard contract clauses (indemnification, limitation of liability, termination, etc.)
  • Experience with legal drafting or contract language review
  • Experience with partnership or sponsorship agreements
  • Familiarity with revenue share structures or commission-based agreements
  • Experience reviewing contract terms for accuracy (pricing, deliverables, timelines)
  • Ability to interpret compensation structures and flag calculation errors
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle management
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in data entry and verification
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and data systems daily
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Ability to follow structured processes without deviation
  • Clear written communication skills
