Job Description About the Job Tadpool Real Estate is seeking a Paralegal to join our client's team. Our client is a well-established real estate company headquartered in Montreal, with decades of experience in property development, construction, and large-scale project management across Canada. Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President, the Paralegal will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and tracking legal documentation while supporting internal teams with lease-related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Verify, review, and approve lease agreements and related documents prepared by the leasing department.

Draft and revise lease agreements, amendments, relocation agreements, assignments, cancellation contracts, renewals, and other related documents. Prepare and manage lease data entry forms. Collaborate with leasing agents, construction teams, accounting, property managers, and regional directors to coordinate lease documentation.

Conduct legal research on restrictions related to lease agreements, offers, and other legal documents. Assist with administrative tasks related to tenant requests, internal department inquiries, and lease compliance matters. Desired Candidate College diploma in Paralegal Studies or related field.

Minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial real estate. Strong legal drafting and document review skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple entities. Versatile and able to work efficiently across multiple teams. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
