Saisir les donnees avec precision dans le systeme informatise. Trier, diviser en lots et numeriser les lettres de transport aerien et documents pertinents pour la douane et l'archivage. Tenir des dossiers, collecter et analyser des donnees pour produire des rapports. Garantir la collecte precise et ponctuelle ainsi que le depot des paiements operationnels des clients.
Accurately enter data into computerized system. Sort, split, batch and image airbills and relevant documents for customs and archival purposes. Maintain files, gather and research data to generate reports. Ensure accurate & timely collection and deposit of operational payments from customers.

COMPETENCES REQUISES

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou scolarite equivalente.

Bonne vitesse de frappe (25 mots/minute).

Connaissance de base de MS Office (Excel, Word).
