Position Overview

We are seeking a Visualization & Dashboard Engineer to design and deliver high-impact dashboards and data visualization solutions that support executive decision-making and operational awareness.

This role focuses on building real-time and strategic dashboards used in leadership environments, enabling visibility into mission readiness, performance metrics, and program-level insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualization tools
  • Create mission readiness and operational reporting dashboards
  • Build KPI tracking and performance visualization systems
  • Support executive-level reporting and decision-support environments
  • Translate complex datasets into intuitive visual insights
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and leadership stakeholders
  • Ensure dashboards are scalable, performant, and user-friendly
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting and visualization frameworks
