Contracts Coordinator: This is where you come in.
We're looking for a Contracts Coordinator to support our Contracts and Legal departments. In this role, you'll help process and manage contracts, reduce risk, ensure compliance, and contribute to MacMiller's continued success and growth.

  • Contract Management - Reviewing, processing, and managing contracts with various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Document Collection & Management - Overseeing the lifecycle of critical documents, including regulatory filings, to ensure proper handling and preservation.
  • Risk & Compliance Support - Assisting with the management of liens, bonds, insurance, and regulatory requirements while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Administrative & Organizational Support - Providing general support to the Legal and Contracts Departments, maintaining SharePoint resources, tracking expenses, and assisting with internal documentation and communication.

Benefits
Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 Annually
