About Us

We are a growing telecommunications infrastructure company specializing in broadband, fiber optic, and construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support our contract administration, proposal, and compliance functions.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in contract administration, legal support, construction administration, project coordination, or telecommunications who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing critical project documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the preparation, routing, execution, and filing of contracts, amendments, and change orders.
  • Maintain contract records and contract management systems.
  • Track contract and licensing deadlines, renewals, insurance certificates, and compliance requirements.
  • Support proposal and bid submission activities, including RFPs and RFQs.
  • Assist with telecommunications construction project documentation and contract compliance.
  • Assist with the collection and maintenance of subcontractor, vendor, and compliance documentation.
  • Support government-funded and public works projects by maintaining required records and documentation.
  • Coordinate contract approvals and signatures with internal teams and external partners.
  • Keep Minority renewals up to date
  • Prepare reports and provide contract status updates as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal support, construction administration, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven AI skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in telecommunications, construction, engineering, utility, or infrastructure industries.
  • Familiarity with government contracts, public works projects and prevailing wage requirements.
  • Paralegal, legal assistant, or contract administration experience.
  • Experience supporting RFP, RFQ, or proposal processes.
