Summary:

In this role, you will act as the product owner for content operations platforms, driving roadmap decisions, cross-platform integration, and long-term capability development. You will lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of content operations technology platforms to enable scalable, efficient marketing execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to enhance workflows, drive platform adoption, and ensure alignment with business priorities. You will oversee system performance, support user enablement, and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve content production and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and administer Vizient's content operations technology platforms: including workflow and digital asset management systems, ensuring proper configuration, integration, security, and ongoing performance.
  • Define and govern content lifecycle processes, including asset taxonomy, metadata standards, versioning, and reuse strategies to maximize content value and scalability.
  • Manage platform adoption, utilization, and user enablement: provide training, documentation, and Tier 1 support to Marketing, GTM, and agency users to drive proficiency and value realization.
  • Lead vendor and license management activities, including vendor relationships, contract renewals, license forecasting, utilization optimization, and coordination with Procurement and IT.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and develop a rolling roadmap to evolve content operations platforms in alignment with marketing and business strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Creative Services, IT, and external agencies to design scalable workflows, support integrations, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation use cases within content operations (e.g., tagging, metadata generation, content assembly, workflow acceleration) to improve efficiency and scale.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Adobe Workfront administrator certification required or expected within six months of hire.
  • Hands-on experience administering enterprise digital asset management platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets or Adobe DAM solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing technology vendors and platform integrations.
  • Ability to deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing platform enablement.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing content operations platforms, including workflow and digital asset management systems.
  • Strong understanding of platform configuration, integrations, security, and access management.
  • Skilled in analyzing platform utilization and performance to drive adoption and ROI.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This is an office based role with an expectation of three days per week on site (Irving, TX, or Chicago, IL)

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.
