About the role:

Manage the end-to-end promotional content creation process for assigned therapeutic areas (TAs) by overseeing agency partnerships,ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality, scalable assets that align with brand strategy and businessobjectives

How you will contribute:

  • Content Production Management:Coordinate the day-to-day execution of promotional content production across all channels,ensuringtimelydelivery of high-quality assets based on strategic input from Brand teams and direction from the CommercialContent Lead

  • Agency Collaboration:Act as the operational point of contact for content agency partners, managing day-to-day operations forcontent creation, adaptation, and derivative asset production, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines

  • MLR and Compliance Support:Collaborate with the Promotional Review Team (PRT) to ensure all content undergoesappropriatereviewandcomplies withregulatory, legal, and compliance requirements and is Medicallyaccurate

  • Workflow Coordination:Work with Agile Coaches and Brand teams to coordinate sprint-level workflows and handoffs, trackingcapacity and progress to keep work moving and commitments on track

  • Data and Asset Management:Ensure proper tagging(by agency partners), organization, and management of content assets in digital systems to enabletracking and reporting

  • TA Familiarity:Rapidly develop a working knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, brand strategy, and customer dynamics toensure content decisions are contextually aligned and commercially relevant

Qualificationsand essential experience, attributes, skills, and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degreerequired; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma/healthcaremarketing, communications, advertising

  • Experience working with promotional content and MLR review

  • Experience managing creation of:

  • HCP promotional materials

  • Digital assets

  • Sales rep materials

  • Email / CRM content

  • Websites or modular content

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with budget management, vendor contracts, and financial oversight.

  • Experiencesubmittingassets through Veeva

  • Worked on MLR review cycles

  • Managed digital and HCP promotional content production

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$116,000.00 - $182,270.00


The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
