Position Summary
Seeking a skilled Nuanceโ€™s Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) experience provides real-time, cloud-based and on-premises speech-to-text transcription designed primarily for enterprise conversational AI and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and contact centers. The respective individual should keep excellent skillsets over Scripting & Automation using Ansible in Linux environment.
 
Required Qualifications
 
  • Scripting & Automation using Ansible
  • Strong experience in Nuance ASR/TTS using Linux environment
  • Experience managing Linux servers
  • Good understanding of using Tomcats and MySQL database
  • Genesys Voice Portal with Nuance ASR/TTS administration experience
