  • Review technical analyses, project documentation, and client deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with account executives, producers, analytics teams, scientists, engineers, underwriting specialists, and reinsurance professionals to deliver coordinated client solutions.
  • Support the development of new advisory offerings, client playbooks, and business process improvements that increase efficiency and improve client outcomes.
  • Help maintain strong governance, documentation standards, and internal controls across project delivery activities.
  • Contribute to project financial management through informed resource planning, project prioritization, and delivery oversight.
  • Support clients' resilience, continuity, and emergency planning efforts by evaluating climate-related threats to critical operations and assets.
  • Find opportunities to expand client relationships and improve long-term client value through trusted advisory services.
  • Develop deep knowledge in a focused area of climate risk and be acknowledged as a subject matter expert both within Aon and throughout the market.

  • 7+ years of experience in climate risk, catastrophe modeling, risk advisory, insurance, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience performing physical climate risk assessments using catastrophe, natural hazard, or climate risk models.
  • Strong understanding of risk analysis principles and their application to business, infrastructure, insurance, or resilience challenges.
  • Demonstrated consulting experience with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple collaborators, timelines, and deliverables.
