Job description

Indotronix is seeking a Customer Service Admin for a Job Opportunity in Troy, OH.
 
Job Title: Customer Service Admin
Location:  Troy OH 45373
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Max Pay: $21/hr to $24/hr on W2
 
Position comments:
20 hrs/wk-Days to be determined

Job Description :
Component Return Administrator (ONSITE): Supplemental admin support to track open items and follow-up with the supply base for both Bombardier Client-100 and 787 programs. Due to all the pass-thru LRUs and reliability issues on the Bombardier Client-100 program, we see a recurring removal rate of about 10 units/week coming through RG leading (>100 units in open WIP).
A similar degree of tracking and oversight is required with SAIS to support the 787 program, specifically with EBAs and EBACs (new and repaired).
 
Required Skill Set :
 Working with Returned Goods (RG) department to track units to/from customers and units to/from suppliers.
- Providing written updates that can be used to status customer
- Communicating with suppliers to expedite returns and raise notification when returns are not on schedule.
                                      
Education Qualification :
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
