A Contract Biophilic Designer is a professional who specializes in integrating natural elements and principles into commercial or public spaces on a contract basis. Their goal is to create environments that promote well-being, productivity, and connection to nature by incorporating features such as plants, natural lighting, water elements, and organic materials. They typically collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to design workplaces, hospitals, schools, or retail spaces that foster a healthier and more engaging atmosphere. Contract Biophilic Designers are often hired for specific projects rather than as full-time employees, offering flexibility and specialized expertise.

To excel as a Contract Biophilic Designer, you generally need expertise in interior design or architecture, knowledge of sustainable materials, and an understanding of biophilic principles, often supported by a relevant degree or certification. Job description

Commercial Sales Executive (B2B New Business Development)
Natura is a fast-growing interiorscape company transforming commercial spaces across Texas and Florida through interior and exterior plant design and seasonal installations. We help businesses create environments where people thrive, improving employee well-being, client experience, and overall workplace performance.
We operate at the intersection of design and business impact. Our solutions are not decorative, they are strategic investments companies make to enhance their spaces and their people.
For sales professionals, Natura offers a high-opportunity environment: a differentiated, in-demand service, a growing market, and the ability to directly control your income through new business development.
Our Core Values
At Natura, everything we do is rooted in our Core Values, they define how we work, how we sell, and how we serve our clients. They are expected in every interaction and every deal.
People: Place others' needs first and treat everyone with respect.
Ownership: Take responsibility, do it right, and speak up when needed.
Faith: Honor God in all things.
Learning: Stay curious, take initiative, and keep growing.
Quality: Deliver nothing less than the best.
About the Role
We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive focused on new business development. This is a true hunter role where you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, developing opportunities, and closing new commercial accounts for Natura's services.
Success in this role comes from consistent prospecting, strong discovery skills, and the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
What you will do:
• Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Build and manage your own pipeline from initial contact to close
• Conduct discovery conversations with commercial decision-makers
• Develop and present tailored proposals for biophilic design solutions for interior and exterior plant programs, moss walls, living walls, and seasonal décor.
• Negotiate and close new contracts
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Hubspot and pipeline visibility
• Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue targets
Why Natura
• Uncapped earning potential with $100,000+ OTE
• $50,000 base salary + commission
• Full ownership of your pipeline and territory
• A differentiated, design-driven product that clients value
• A collaborative environment where strong performance is recognized and rewarded
• Direct connection between effort, execution, and income
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
• 2+ years of true B2B new business development experience
• Proven track record of consistently closing new accounts (not just managing inbound leads)
• Comfortable with high outbound activity (calls, emails, networking, in-person outreach)
• Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing ability
• Self-directed-does not need structure to stay active
• CRM discipline and pipeline accountability
• Comfortable hearing "no" daily and continuing to push forward
• Hunter mentality, motivated by winning new business, not maintaining accounts
This is not a role for:
• Order-takers
• Inbound-only closers
• Account managers
• People who rely on marketing-generated leads
• Candidates looking for "warm leads provided"
Compensation
• $50,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: $100,000+
• Health, dental, and vision benefits
• 401(k) with company match
• PTO and paid holidays
• Mileage reimbursement + company-provided technology
Location
Hybrid/field-based role supporting commercial clients in your market
Interview Process
• 15-minute initial screen
• 30-minute in depth interview
• Final 60-minute panel interview and role play with our executive team
What Success Looks Like
• First 30 days: Ramp-up completed and active prospecting underway
• First 90 days: Consistent pipeline development and early closed deals
• First 180 days: Stable pipeline, repeatable sales process, and consistent revenue contribution
