Job description

Tom Wood JLRV, Indy is seeking a motivated and experienced Luxury Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance processes to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience, while maximizing dealership profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all F&I functions, including credit application processing, financing, and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to offer customers tailored financing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present vehicle and additional product financing options to customers professionally and clearly.
  • Negotiate and secure finance terms and contracts with customers and lenders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance products, rates, and lending institutions' procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendors to support the dealership’s finance offerings.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team regarding finance processes and products.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance management, preferably within a luxury automotive brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of credit applications, lending processes, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in relevant software and financial management tools.
  • Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
