Direct Counsel is representing a national law firm seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its well-established corporate practice in San Bernardino. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to a thriving practice while expanding their own book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
