Familiarity with version control systems like Git, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and frameworks such as React or Node.js is typically expected, along with knowledge of Agile methodologies. Contract application developers frequently juggle projects for several clients at once, which can present challenges such as managing overlapping deadlines, adapting quickly to different tech stacks and workflows, and balancing diverse client expectations.
