Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement client code for location-based services on iOS/Android devices.
  • Build and maintain common code libraries used in phones, tablets.
  • Integration and customization of Google/Apple Maps natively in-app
  • Participate in wireframe designs and proof of concepts
  • Coordinate with server-side engineers to design efficient, flexible restful APIs
  • Automate the collection of data via the use of handhelds, smart phones, and other technologies
  • Analyze data via a User Interface (UI) with deep reporting, analysis, and workflow and management capabilities
  • Designing, implementing, testing and documenting mobile applications for the iOS and Android platforms
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements from domain experts
  • Object-oriented design and analysis

Required Skills:
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

  • Experience with Android application development using Java, Android SDK/Studio/APIs/Frameworks with successful apps released to the Play Store

  • Experience developing native apps on iOS with Objective-C, XCode and Cocoa Touch and published one or more iOS apps in the app store
  • iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
  • Candidates must be highly analytical and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements and other issues.
  • Aside from technical skills, prospective candidates should have excellent communications, teamwork, leadership and conflict management skills.
  • Because of the constant developing nature of information systems and cyber-attacks, candidate must be committed to continuous learning and system development.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary cross-functional teams with a focus on delivery.
