Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Architect with expertise in Source to Pay, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, and Vendor Management.
Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide best practice advice on ServiceNow solutions
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of an organization including both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build new and support existing catalog items and workflows
  • Drive automation of common activities, and integrate with common platforms via IntegrationHub or with APIs
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
  • Demo builds to customers
  • Develop, validate and execute comprehensive test plans.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of delivery services processes
  • Maintain the health of the CMDB
  • Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
  • Configure MID servers
  • Maintain Discovery schedules, configure probes, and troubleshoot Discovery issues
  • Perform weekly releases
  • Assist in analyzing and resolving operational issues
  • Create or manage ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • Participate in planning for and executing on continuous improvement opportunities
  • Perform platform family upgrades, resolve skipped records, and complete functional testing
  • Stay current with ServiceNow functionality and offerings

Job Requirements
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
  • 5+ years of broad ServiceNow experience including:
    • ITSM
    • Service Portal
    • Discovery
    • CMDB
  • 2+ years of Source to Pay Module, Supplier Lifecycle Management and Vendor Management workspace setup and integrations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and positive customer centric attitude
  • Background in application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript
