This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a senior-level candidate who can build strong team practices, foster collaboration across distributed stakeholders, and help newly established Agile teams gain momentum. The role calls for a hands-on facilitator with strong emotional intelligence, deep Jira expertise, and the ability to partner closely with Product Owners while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, to keep delivery organized and effective.
• Coach newly established Agile teams on Scrum principles, team collaboration, and sustainable delivery practices.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to refine priorities, clarify work items, and maintain alignment on sprint goals.
• Use Jira extensively to manage workflows, oversee team boards, track progress, and improve transparency across the delivery lifecycle.
• Guide the team through process improvements and help strengthen Agile maturity through practical leadership and facilitation.
• Support collaboration among team members and partners working across multiple geographic locations.
• Remove delivery obstacles, address team impediments, and create an environment that enables consistent execution.
