  • Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across multiple teams and ensure the successful delivery of complex software products.
  • This role is ideal for a servant-leader who can coach, mentor, and facilitate Agile ceremonies while removing obstacles and driving continuous improvement.
  • You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and leadership to ensure agile principles are followed and value is delivered to the business.

  • Scheduling and leading daily stand-ups to ensure team alignment.
  • Organizing sprint planning meetings to define clear objective.
  • Conducting sprint reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
