Job description

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team provides real estate expertise in transactions, business partnering, space & occupancy planning, design and construction, capital investment program management and facility maintenance and operations for Amazon's global corporate real estate portfolio. We partner with suppliers to ensure quality, innovation and operational excellence with Amazon's business and utilize customer driven feedback to continuously improve and exceed employee expectations.
GREF's Workplace Design and Construction team is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Americas Design & Construction Team in completing administrative tasks for projects across the region. This role may also assist with oversight of certain aspects and/or a limited number of small projects.
A day in the life
Coordinate regular 1:1 meetings with construction managers to assist with data maintenance including providing update/status reporting for work in progress and cost reporting.
Assist with administering vendor contracts, including opening, tracking updating and ensuring disposition of proposals, purchase orders, and invoices.
Assist with set up and oversight of project document control, workflow requests and other established processes


Assist with production, distribution, and updating of project documentation such as initiation of project files, meeting minutes, reports, request for information (RFI), construction change directives (CCD's), as-builts, close out, and other project documentation.
Utilize project control tools such as templates, sample documents and software.
Maintain project data, filing, record keeping, and back up of electronic files in keeping with established standards.
Assist with the cost tracking and change order processes, including potential change orders, approvals, Purchase Order and invoices tracking and modifications.
Oversee aspects of projects and/or a limited number of projects.
