The Opportunity:

As a full-stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. If you're looking for the chance to not just develop software, but to help create a system that will make a difference, we need you on our team. We're looking for a developer like you with the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production-ready.

This role is more than just coding. As a full-stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. Work with us as we shape systems for the better.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using object-oriented technologies such as .NET or Java
  • 3+ years of experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Experience developing APIs, back-end services, and system integrations
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza, or DB2
  • Experience troubleshooting application defects and supporting deployments or production environments
  • Experience identifying and resolving Section 508 accessibility issues
  • Experience applying responsive and user-centered design principles
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or Information Systems

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, accessibility, security, or user acceptance testing
  • Experience tracking and validating defects using Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
  • Experience with automated unit, API, front-end, performance, or accessibility testing tools
  • Experience with Agile, Kanban, DevSecOps, or CI/CD practices
  • Experience with SAS, Python, R, or cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Experience supporting federal, healthcare, or other regulated environments
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, vulnerability remediation, or the OWASP Top 10
  • Software Development, Testing, Accessibility, Cloud, AI, or Cybersecurity Certifications
