• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families utilizing telehealth platforms, ensuring each client feels comfortable and supported.
• Perform thorough assessments to uncover clients’ relational dynamics and mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals for improvement.
• Employ family systems therapy and a variety of systemic interventions, helping clients navigate communication issues and family stressors that affect their well-being.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring the safety of clients and their families during vulnerable moments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Educate clients about effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping skills that empower them to enhance their relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and mental health professionals through virtual platforms to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and other mental health concerns. Your expertise will aid in fostering a deeper understanding of family dynamics, which is essential for effective treatment. Our remote format also allows you to engage with clients from varied geographical locations, reaching those who otherwise might not have access to quality mental health support.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in therapeutic practices focusing on couple and family dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly for effective remote interactions.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical and confidential therapeutic standards in all client encounters.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients across different time zones.

• Experience providing remote therapy services is highly valued, showcasing the ability to adapt therapeutic practices to a virtual format.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred to streamline client documentation and engagement.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for performance bonuses.
