The Role
The Product Manager, Marketing Digital Experience - BAU Portfolio owns the operational framework that enables efficient delivery of marketing-driven work across Lumen.com. This role manages the intake, prioritization, governance, and continuous improvement of the Business as Usual (BAU) value stream, ensuring requests are properly scoped, routed, prioritized, and prepared for execution. 
Serving as the connective point between business stakeholders and delivery teams, this position helps translate business needs into actionable work while providing transparency into priorities, capacity, timelines, and outcomes. The role partners closely with Campaigns, Creative, Digital Experience (DX), Marketing Operations (MOps), Product Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to maintain an efficient and scalable delivery ecosystem. 
As a senior individual contributor, this position drives consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through influence, collaboration, and process leadership rather than direct people management.

The Main Responsibilities
Portfolio Ownership
Own the operating model for Lumen's Business as Usual (BAU) digital delivery portfolio.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, website enhancements, and operational requests across Lumen.com.
Develop and maintain prioritization frameworks that balance business value, customer impact, delivery timelines, capacity, and risk.
Align BAU work with broader Digital Experience priorities and roadmaps.
Partner with value stream leaders to optimize planning, resource utilization, and delivery effectiveness.
Intake, Prioritization & Delivery Management
Own the end-to-end intake, triage, and prioritization process, ensuring work is aligned to business objectives, delivery capacity, and strategic priorities.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve competing priorities, and provide transparency into delivery plans, timelines, and trade-off decisions.
Establish standards, workflows, and governance practices that improve intake quality, delivery readiness, and execution efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement through analysis of intake trends, stakeholder feedback, and operational performance.
Governance & Operational Excellence
Define, implement, and evolve scalable governance, prioritization, and execution frameworks supporting marketing delivery across Lumen.com.
Establish operational metrics, service expectations, and reporting that provide visibility into demand, throughput, portfolio health, and business outcomes.
Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvement, automation, and workflow modernization initiatives that enhance efficiency, predictability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Promote adoption of governance standards and best practices across partner organizations.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the primary point of coordination among Digital Experience, Campaigns, Creative, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Analytics, and other stakeholder groups.
Build strong partnerships that enable effective planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery.
Translate business needs into actionable work and facilitate resolution of cross-functional challenges impacting delivery timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
Influence decision-making through data, collaboration, business context, and subject matter expertise while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that measure portfolio health, delivery performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and business impact.
Partner with Analytics and Digital Experience teams to evaluate performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement process, workflow, and governance enhancements.
Analyze delivery trends, demand, capacity, and operational metrics to improve efficiency, predictability, and stakeholder experience.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Experience
8+ years of experience in digital experience, product management, marketing operations, campaign management, portfolio management, project management, or a related field.
Experience operating in a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Experience managing intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with marketing work management platforms such as Adobe Workfront.
Experience with web and content management platforms; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
Experience working within Agile and/or SAFe delivery models preferred.
Demonstrated success driving outcomes through influence and cross-functional leadership.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
